Do you accept returns?
There are no returns on custom products unless due to manufacturing error.
How do you accept Payments?
We accept credit card and check payments. If you are paying via card there is a 3.5% processing fee.
What type of casts do you accept?
We accept impression boxes, digital scans, and all other forms of casting materials. This includes but is not limited to slipper, carbon fiber, and plaster casts.
PLS provides free shipping to and from your office via FedEx. For our Southern California offices, we also use a local courier service.
